How a briefing works

One product, one price, one process — whichever sector you're entering.

$1,900 fixed · Stripe checkout

The process

  1. 01

    Checkout.

$1,900, fixed, via Stripe. No proposals, no scoping calls.

  2. 02

    Intake call.

    Within 3 working days

30 minutes to set the question. You tell us your offer, your segment and what you're deciding. The sharper the question, the sharper the briefing.

  3. 03

    The briefing.

    10 working days from intake

A written report: sized opportunity, regulatory route, competitive landscape, named risks, and a recommendation stated plainly.

  4. 04

    Working session.

    90 minutes

You've read it; we interrogate it together. Booked when the briefing is delivered.

What we need from you at intake

  • What you sell, and to whom, in your current markets
  • The decision you're trying to make, and by when
  • Anything already ruled in or out (cities, partners, structures)

What a briefing is not

  • Not a retainer or an ongoing engagement
  • Not an introduction or matchmaking service
  • Not bid writing, licence application handling, or delivery work
  • Not a slide deck

Bigger engagements exist, but they only ever start from a briefing.

Terms worth reading

Capacity

We run four briefings a month. If the current month is full, checkout moves you to the next month's slots — or we refund you in full, your choice.

Honest conclusions

“Don't enter” and “not yet” are valid findings. You're paying for the answer, not the answer you hoped for — there is no refund for an unwelcome conclusion.

Confidentiality

Your intake material and briefing are confidential to you. We may reuse anonymised, non-identifying patterns in our published research.

Refunds

Full refund any time before your intake call. After intake, work has begun and the fee is committed.
